MISSION: To guide seniors and their loved ones through the process of deciding which home and services will best suit them as their needs change.

PROCESS:
• Meet with all parties and evaluate desires, financial considerations, available family support
• Present the option of choice
• Educate all parties on process, challenges, legal/financial/psychological considerations (i.e., how to hire help at home; practical sibling expectations; 2-3 recommended retirement communities that will meet the most needs – geographical, financial, cultural)

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE: Oversee hiring process; tour 2 or 3 retirement communities; manage the admission process; refer to other resources as needed (Realtors, attorneys, downsizing and moving consultants, etc.)
