There are very few advocates for the consumer in this field that have the depth of inside experience that I do. My understanding of how retirement communities operate, how their finances and staffing are organized, and what the issues are (both internal and external) is unique.

My background of 16 years on the “inside” as both Corporate Director of Marketing & Sales for a national company with 11 communities, and as Executive Director/Consultant for numerous owners/managers in New England and the Mid Atlantic, means that I have a unique depth and breadth of operational expertise that is extremely valuable to the consumer who needs to make some kind of change.
